UNFCU Housing Symposium

“Mirembe Projects” was privileged to be invited as one of the key stakeholders in real estate industry to exhibit and talk to the staff of United Nations under their Federal credit Union. The event was held at UN Base in Entebbe and “Mirembe projects” was represented by two Senior property consultants; Mr. Kennedy & Miss Rachael from the Marketing team.

UNFCU Housing symposium was providing financial solutions to their staff to own any property of their interest both in Uganda and outside Uganda. Among the products presented by the Mortgage department included [International Home Loans] where they can give any of their staff a loan to construct a house of up to $235,000 at an interest rate of 6.99% per annum. The other product was the Ugandan mortgage where they can offer their staff mortgages to buy any property from the developers at an interest rate of a ready title among many more.

It was such a wonderful experience and many UN staff passed by our exhibition stall to make inquiries about the Mirembe projects and were excited to learn about our payment plan, development concept and the diverse products we have on market.
